Each claim in the book is based and documented on scientific research. The 6 Steps breakdown why eating a plant- strong, animal-free diet is the best for your body. 6 Steps to Eating Green does not include a cookbook section. The cookbook is still in the works- I am working to make the cookbook beautiful with fantastic color photographs, so please continue to be patient with me on that.
