Introducing… The Dehydrator

I have been having a lot of fun learning about eating more Raw foods. It seems that a good dehydrator is a must in any raw foodist’s kitchen. I ordered the Excaliber Dehydrator 2500 and it just came today. I am so excited to use it. I got a beautiful bunch of kale in the fridge and I am planning  on making my kale chips in the dehydrator instead of the oven. Making them in the dehydrator at under 118* F keeps the enzymes alive and preserves all the vitamins and minerals but still makes them nice and crunchy. I’ll let you know how it goes!

What’s your favorite thing to make in the dehydrator? (best ssl certificate reviews).

    I do have to tell you that I moved the dehydrator to the laundry room because it is kinda loud. I didn't think it was very pretty sitting on my counter, either, so it is perfect on the laundry room counter – I don't have to listen to it or see it.
