The last couple of weeks haven’t been good for my diet. I had a fantastic weekend away to Boston (I apparently left my self-control at home) and I have been enjoying a few too many Halloween treats. I need to get myself back in line before Thanksgiving.
I am starting a 3 week challenge- JOIN ME! My challenge is going to be to eat 100% Green for the next 3 weeks, not one sprinkle of sugar or dab of butter for me! From now until Thanksgiving, I will be eating only unprocessed plants, no animals or sugars at all.
What is your own 3 week goal? What do you want to work on? Maybe it’s cutting out sugar, maybe it’s only eating meat twice a week, maybe it’s using almond milk for the next 3 weeks instead of cow’s milk. I hope you’ll decide to join me and share with me your challenge!
