I read the book, The China Study. I had been trying to find the healthiest way to eat and it was what I was looking for. Thanks for broadening the horizon. Jana

You did a great job! I just recently started watching Studio 5 and I'm so glad I caught your segment. I'm very interested in the way you cook and what you eat. I've checked out your site too and have subscribed. I'm finding tons of great things and recipes to try! I've decided to plant a lot more greens in my garden this year. I've realized that I don't tend to have a lot of greens at our mealtimes. That is something that I plan on changing. Thanks and keep the info coming!

Thanks Nikiesue! I hope that you enjoy the recipes and find the tips helpful. It is always easier to eat healthier if you have support. I love eating the produc from my organic garden- I think it tastes the very best. I am having such a wonderful time gardening, but I am realizing that I have a lot to learn. Do you know a lot about gardening? If so, I might be asking you some questions. I noticed since I started having green smoothies for breakfast, I feel so much healthier.

I am certainly no expert on gardening. I had a small one in a patio of our old townhouse that we used one summer. Now we own a house so we have built 2 4×4 box gardens and will be putting one more in! We are so excited. I totally agree, nothing beats your own garden grown produce! Especially tomatoes in my opinion! What greens do you grow? I'm in Utah and I was thinking of growing kale, spinach, collard, mustard, and/or turnip greens. I have an omega juicer, not a vita mix though. Any recommendations of the best greens to have in my garden?
