Bagel with Hummus and Veggies
This sandwich tastes good with a number of toppings, use what you have on hand.
- 1 whole grain bagel, toasted
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 4 slices cucumber
- 3 slices red bell pepper, optional
- 2 slices pickles, optional
- 3 rings jarred sweet banana pepper
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts or baby spinach leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Procedure
1 Smear toasted bagel with hummus and top with remaining ingredients.
