I made this smoothie this morning for breakfast. When Doug tried it he said it tasted like a blueberry muffin. Blueberries are nutrient powerhouses full of tannins, anthocyanins, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – so eat up!
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries ( I did 1 cup each)
3/4 cup soymilk
1 Tbs flaxseeds (if you don’t have a high quality blender you can put in ground flaxseeds to keep your smoothie smooth)
3-6 dates (depending on how big they are)
1 cup spinach, loosely packed
Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
