My friend Bridget sent this recipe to me and it is delicious. We had it this morning for breakfast and at first my 2 year old didn’t want to eat it because it is green, but when he finally had a sip, he smiled and yelled, “I LIKE IT MOMMY!”. Thanks Bridget.
1 C grapes, red or green
1 medium orange, halved
1/2 C pineapple chunks
1 medium banana, peeled
1 carrot, halved
2 C fresh spinach, washed
1 medium apple, quartered
6 C ice cubes
This makes a lot of smoothie – like 3 servings.
