Cool Cucumber

This is the smoothie I had this morning for breakfast. It was delicious, refreshing, and the most beautiful lime green color. Thanks Rachel for this recipe.

1 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, loosely packed

1 ripe pear (I just take off the stem and stick the whole thing in, seeds and all- the vita-mix just pulverizes them and they have lots of nutrients)

1 cup pineapple (or more)

1/2 cucumber, peeled

1/2-1 lemon, peeled

1 Tbs raw hemp seeds

1 cup ice.

Blend until smooth.
