Mom’s Green Drink

My mom sent me this smoothie recipe and I had it for breakfast this morning. It was easy, healthy, and absolutely delicious. Thanks mom.

1 cup  ice
1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed/unpasteurized if possible)
2 1/2 cups spinach
1 bananas
1 to 1 1/2 cups fruit (fresh or frozen), I used frozen blackberries, strawberries, and peaches
juice 1 lime
1 T. flaxseed

Blend until smooth (I love my vitamix because it really breaks up the flaxseeds so you don’t even know they are in there)
