This is so good. I have been buying lots of peaches and nectarines right now and am really enjoying them in my smoothies. I can’t believe how yummy this smoothie is considering how many different kinds of greens I stuffed in there!
- 1 peach or nectarine
- ¼ cup of cucumber pieces
- 1 very large handful of kale leaves
- ¼ cup parsley leaves
- ½ orange juice
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 10 oz frozen mango (about 1 ½ -2 cups)
VitaMix it up.
makes about 3 cups
