Pineapple, Pear, and Parsley Smoothie

We had this smoothie for breakfast this morning and all I can say is, I’m glad it makes a lot cause we all drained our glasses pretty quickly.

1 cucumber, peeled

1/2 cup parsley

1 heaping tablespoon flaxseeds

2 1/2 cups pineapple- (you can leave in the core if you have a vitamix)

1 banana

1/2 cup real orange juice

1 ripe pear

Throw it all in your vitamix and blend it up.

p.s. I can’t be held responsible for poor results from a weak blender.
