Raw Kale Chips

It worked! My first attempt at the dehydrator turned out great.

I made these kale chips and they are so easy.

De-stem the kale and rip into large pieces. In a large bowl drizzle with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Be careful with the salt! As they kale dehydrates they get saltier, so a little goes a long way.

Lay out kale pieces in a single layer in your dehydrator and turn it on to 100*F for 6-10 hours or until dry and crispy.

Store in the fridge and enjoy.
