A friend of mine asked me to put together 7 days of menus and recipes for her and her family (that’s 21 recipes!). I thought it was such a great idea for all who are interested in better health and eating Greener. The recipes are almost green, I do use a very small amount of sugar, milk, and eggs in a couple of the recipes.
I want everyone to try this! If you will follow this meal plan for 1 week, you will be amazed at how wonderful you feel and what a big difference it is already making. It is easy because everything is all planned out- I even made you a shopping list. All you need to do is make the meals, and they are fairly simple and very delicious.
